NOTICE

Cell phones and other electronic devices are banned from every Lycoming County court facility.  Any person in possession of an electronic device is prohibited from entering a court facility.

Electronic devices will NOT be stored at a court facility.

Electronic device includes cell phones, cameras, tablets, notebook/laptop computers, palm pilots, pocket PCs, blackberries and pagers.


Cell Phone (and electronic device) Application

An application for an electronic device pass for attorneys and individuals regularly conducting court-related business are available in the Office of the District Court Administrator located on the 4th floor of the Lycoming County Courthouse or by clicking HERE.

Please allow up to two weeks for processing.


Cell Phone (and electronic device) Application (Courtroom Use)

An application for an electronic device for individuals that have evidence on their cell phone for a court hearing before a Judge or Hearing Office that would like admittance to the Courthouse can be found in the Office of the District Court Administrator located on the 4th floor of the Lycoming County Courthouse or by clicking HERE.

**Please fill out the information on the application completely and return it to the Judges Chambers where your hearing is scheduled or email it to the following:
