The Human Resources Office for Lycoming County Government administers personnel matters for County Government Employees including:

  • personnel policies and procedures
  • health and benefits
  • insurance programs
  • wage and salary administration
  • the development of training programs 

The Human Resources Office also:

  • ensures compliance with appropriate Federal and State regulations
  • advises and counsels all employees on personnel related matters
  • serves as liaison to all current and former employees
  • serves as the initial center for all hiring actions
