Teledoc Services for Employees:

Given the recent Cornovirus outbreak The County of Lycoming is recommending virtual office visits to its employees rather than in person visit.  County Employees requiring more information about these TeleDoc services, please see Getting Started and Registration information .


The Human Resources Office administers personnel matters for County government employees including,

not but limited to:

  • personnel policies and procedures
  • health and benefits
  • insurance programs
  • wage and salary administration
  • the development of training programs 

​​​The HR Office also:

  • ensures compliance with appropriate Federal and State regulations
  • advises and counsels all employees on personnel related matters
  • serves as liaison to all current and former employees
  • serves as the initial center for all hiring actions

To apply for employment, Lycoming County residents must complete an application IN PERSON at the local Pennsylvania CareerLink located at 329 Pine Street, Williamsport. Online applications are not accepted. 

All PA residents that are outside of Lycoming County should contact their closest CareerLink and have a resume forwarded to the Willliamsport CareerLink. Out of state applicants should contact the Williamsport CareerLink directly at (570) 601-5465 to submit a resume.
