Map and Estate Records Requests Only

The dedicated email address RandRinforequest@lyco.org is designed for county maps and estate records ONLY that are not on-line. Before making the request, check to be sure it is not available on-line. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. There is a $5 charge for all requests plus a $1 per page fee that must be paid in advance with cash or check. We will contact you with a total amount due after reviewing your request. Our mailing address is: Register & Recorder Office, Lycoming County Courthouse, 48 W. 3rd St., Williamsport, PA 17701. If you need to set up a copy account as a frequent user, please indicate that in this dedicated email address just provided. NOTE: When mailing a payment, include correspondence to clearly explain how to apply the payment. Without a cover letter it may be returned.
