Lycoming County is a member of the Pennsylvania network called PA SAVIN. This service is available for victims of crime when the offender is in the custody of the Lycoming County Prison or the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Effective January 1, 2015: The Lycoming County Courthouse will prohibit cell-phones, cameras and portable electronic data devices inside the courthouse. Security will NOT store or secure your phone. Please plan accordingly.
