Notice is hereby given that Lycoming County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public meeting on Tuesday, November 25 at 10:00 am to present the 2026 proposed County budget and any other matters that may arise. The meeting will be held in the Commissioners Board Room, 3rd Floor, Third Street Plaza, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 1770. There will not be any public meeting on Thursday, November 27th, 2025.

THE REGISTER AND RECORDER OFFICE WILL NO LONGER SEND OUT INVOICES FOR BILLS ON COPIES STARTING IN AUGUST 2025 WITH THE TRANSITION TO A NEW SOFTWARE COMPANY.  IT WILL INVOLVE PAYING IN ADVANCE FOR ALL COPIES.

PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THE NEW SYSTEM AND THE DETAILS RELATED TO IT AFTER AUG. 5 TO SIGN UP AFTER THE NEW SOFTWARE SYSTME IS IN PLACE.  TO QUALIFY FOR THE NEW SYSTEM ALL OUTSTANDING BLANCES MUST BE PAID OFF
“IN FULL.”
