Curbside Collection


Curbside Recycling

Curbside recycling is offered in participating municipalities at no cost to the resident.  Items collected at the curb are limited to:  clear glass bottles, brown glass bottles, green glass bottles, steel/tin cans and aluminum cans.

You can use any color 5-gallon bucket (no bags) to hold your recyclables.  Please use one container for each type of product (IE one container for clear glass, one container for steel/tin cans, etc.).

Please have the materials at the curb for pick up on the day of collection no later than 7:30 a.m.  

Curbside collections shedules will be published bi-weekly in the Webb Weekly beginning January 11, 25, etc.  The Resource Recycling newsletter will no longer be distributed.  The schedule may also be obtained by clicking on the link below:

Dear Curbside Participant,

Lycoming County Recycling will cease residential curbside collection in the Borough of Jersey Shore and Porter Township on November 7,2014.

Lycoming County Recycling will continue to collect at the curb on the regularly scheduled days until November 7th.  Please use the next two months as an opportunity to set up Single Stream recycling with your hauler or you may use the Drop off recycling center on North Pennsylvania Ave, Jersey Shore.  Please feel free to call the Recycling Hotline with any questions, 1-800-736-7559.
