9.0 ft to 12.0 ft on the gauge at Cedar Run minimal or minor flooding has historically been seen at Cedar Run, Slate Run, Jersey Mills, Waterville, Ramsey, Tomb Run, and Torbert Village.

12.0 ft to 16.0 ft & above on the gauge at Cedar Run moderate to severe flooding has historically begun along the entire Pine Creek watershed.
