Effective January 1, 2015:
The Lycoming County Courthouse will prohibit
cell-phones, cameras, and portable electronic data devices
inside the courthouse.
Security will not store or secure your phone.

The Lycoming County Domestic Relations Office establishes paternity and establishes child and spousal support orders in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, statutes and Rules of Civil Procedure. The county DRS can also help if the noncustodial parent lives in another Pennsylvania county, a different state, or even another country. DRO also provides locate services and establishes medical support.
We are a division of Family Court and assist both payees and payors in the Child Support process.
Due to recent staffing changes caseload assignments have changed. When you contact the office you will be asked the last name of the person who is to pay the support. Once that is determined you will be forwarded to your assigned officer.
