Lycoming County Implementation Plan for the Chesapeake Bay Tributary Strategy
Lycoming County is in a unique situation because the Chesapeake Bay Technician position is shared with Sullivan County. It is the belief of both Districts that this agreement is beneficial to the citizens of Lycoming and Sullivan Counties. This plan, however, was developed to address the needs, solutions and expected results for Lycoming County. A separate plan was developed for Sullivan County.
