National Preparedness Month – 2009

National Preparedness Month – 2011

September is "National Preparedness Month".  For more information on how you and your family can be more prepared, please click here.

One of the most important things for personal preparedness is an emergency kit.  This kit includes food, water, and supplies to sustain a person for a minimum of 72 hours (3 days).  What should be included in this kit?  To answer this, please go to the box in the right hand column titled "Do you have a Disaster Supply Kit?".

The Lycoming County Citizen Corps Council will be participating in some activities during the month.  For a list of those events, please click on "Upcoming Trainings and Events" in the right hand column
