CIVIL PROCESS DIVISION


Goal:

This Division’s goal is to ensure proper docketing of all civil process according to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.

Responsibilities:

The Civil Process Division is responsible for service and enforcement of court orders, writs of summons, complaints, subpoenas and injunctions in a timely and effective manner according to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.

                                                                       Request for Service:

The Sheriffs Office does not require a request for service form.  However, to ensure effective service you must provide a cover letter with specific instructions and a proper address.
