NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement Board is requesting sealed proposals for investment consulting and performance measurement services for the Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement System.  Proposals are due by Friday, January 13, 2012, at 5:00 P.M. EST.  Proposals will be opened on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at 10:30 A.M. EST in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, First Floor, Lycoming County Executive Plaza Building, 330 Pine Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement Board’s Secretary, Krista Rogers, at the Lycoming County Controller’s Office, Second Floor, Lycoming County Executive Plaza Building, 330 Pine Street, Williamsport, Pennsylvania 17701.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “RFP FOR INVESTMENT CONSULTING AND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SERVICES FOR THE LYCOMING COUNTY EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM.”

All proposals must remain valid for 120 days after the date of proposal opening or until a contract is fully executed, whichever is sooner.

Questions regarding this Request for Proposal shall be directed to Krista Rogers, the Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement Board Secretary, via email to krogers@lyco.org and the Board’s Secretary shall not accept questions by any other means.  Krista Rogers is the only authorized agent to receive questions regarding this RFP and to respond thereto.

The Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept any part of a proposal without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such proposal as it deems to be in the best interest of the Lycoming County Employees’ Retirement System.
